Meditation also improves mental wellbeing.

Meditation and mindfulness practices have been proven to help people to manage their stress, overwhelm, and emotions.

Participants are taught skills and strategies to help them be more calm. I teach people how to meditate, how to best breath, breathing exercises to improve relaxation.

All you need is a place for everyone to sit. Participants can sit on a chair, floor or cushion, whatever is comfortable of them.

I also teach walking meditations, which can be outside, especially if the weather is nice.
