The state of singleminded concentration, a state of conscious awareness, calm, silence.
Learning to focus our attention and suspend the stream of thoughts that normally occupy our mind.
The process of meditation, or meditation techniques, is how to get to the state of meditation.
There is still a misapprehension that meditation is inextricably linked with religious knowledge and understanding. It is not.
I teach people how to meditate rather than teaching a specific method or technique to meditate. I am flexible to meet the needs of students, and adapt the methods to suit the students.
